Shiran Isaac-Israeli

Shiran graduate her BSc in Chemical Engineering at the Technion in 2014. She worked at Dexcel Pharma Technologies Ltd for 4 year and afterwards at Biober LH Technologies Ltd. for additional two and a half year before joining us in May 2022. Shiran is leading the project on the development of water-in-oleogel system as Margarine replacement in collaboration with Tnuva.

Areen Ashkar

Areen received her B.Sc. in Biochemical Engineering  (2016) and her M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering  (2018) from the Technion , Israel.  Her research focuses on designing micro-oleogel particles for the delivery of hydrophobic drugs and nutraceuticals.

Ina Nephomnyshy

Ina received her B.Sc.  (2014) and her M.Sc. (2019) in  The Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering , Technion , Israel.  Between her B.Sc. and M.Sc. she worked in Anvei -Zion for two years as a food technologist. Her research focuses on structuring biphasic systems using new natural structuring agents.

Karin Wagner

Karin is a Ph.D candidate since November 2019. She received her B.Sc and M.Sc. in Food Technology and Nutrition from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Her current research in the lab focuses on the use of triacylglycerol and diacylglycerol as oil structuring agents.
