MCR302 Anton-Paar Rheometer

The MCR302 is a state-of-the-art rheometer capable of analyzing the flow and deformation properties of various materials such as polymer melts and solutions, soft solids, suspensions and emulsions. A rheometer instrument confines the material of interest in a specific geometric configuration, controls the environment around it, and applies and measures wide ranges of stress, strain, and strain rate during flow or oscillatory experiment.

MCR302 is a modular compact rheometer equipped with EC motor technique with a low friction bearing and the normal force sensor. This instrument capable of performing any type or combination of rheological tests, both in rotational and oscillatory mode. The instrument is modulated with an automated recognition of measuring and environment systems (ToolmasterTM), permanent control of the measuring gap (TruGapTM), time-saving temperature certainty (T-ReadyTM), as well as TruRate™ and TruStrain™ in order to ensure absolute control of rate and strain at any time during rheological tests.

Temperature control

P-PTD 200 Peltier temperature control for parallel and cone-plate systems in temperature range of -40 °C to 200 °C.

H-PTD 200 – Truly Peltier temperature controlled hood in temperature range of -40 °C to 200 °C.

Both used in combination in order to prevent temperature gradient in the sample.

Tribology cell

T-PTD 200 A ball-on-three-plates tribology cell with temperature control Peltier at temperature range of -40 °C to 200 °C.
